SHIPPING
- Our Standard ground delivery is 5 to 14 Business Days ($15.00 flat rate)
- We ship merchandise ordered to all 50 U.S. states. We currently do not ship internationally.

- All items are made in Italy.
PRODUCT CARE
To preserve the beauty of your product, we recommend following these guidelines for its care:
- Be careful not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim.
- Prevent your product from humidity and keep it away from direct sources of heat.
- Clean the canvas with a soft cloth dampened with slightly soapy water, avoiding the leather parts. Never use solvent.
- Avoid contact with hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up and perfume.
- When not in use, store the article in the Dust bag provided with your purchase.
PAYMENT
- Payments are accepted via credit card, with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover.
- When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
- No returns or exchanges
- All sales are final

- Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will not be able to change/cancel your order .For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order.
